Clarity Homes was started with one goal in mind in 1998: to provide affordable luxury homes in Fort Worth, Texas. Since its inception, the multi-generational family-owned company has remained true to providing its clients with what they want: high-end design at an affordable price. The expert team at Clarity Homes, driven by design, is committed to enriching the community through the homes they build and neighborhoods they impact.
As a small business, Clarity Homes competes at the level of national competitors and excels in North Texas. With architecture rooted in culture that is robust, refined, and resolved, the homes built by Clarity Homes reflect these values with classic appeal and enduring elements. It is not uncommon to see a refined tudor-style home, modern farmhouse, sophisticated cottage, or authentic craftsman-style home. Founded in Fort Worth, the company has expanded to building in Benbrook, Aledo, Willow Park, Westworth Village, Justin, New Fairview, Saginaw, and Godley.
The team at Clarity Homes has good standing with the Master Builder group, Fort Worth Builders Association, and Parker County Builders Association, to name a few. They are members of the NAHB and earned the Energy Star designation. Clarity Homes has also participated in NAHB’s prestigious Builder’s 20 club, which offers training for new home builders in maintaining excellence for their company’s projects. Clarity Homes has won numerous awards like the Kaleidoscope Dream Home, Fort Worth Home ‘Best New Build’, and Star Awards for their beautiful custom and new home designs.
