Position Description:

Clarity Homes is now seeking a Sales Consultant to join our growing team! Location assignment will vary according to the needs of the company and hours will fluctuate with the seasons of the year and community needs. 

NOTE: If you are a licensed Texas Realtor or TX Broker, you must be willing to place your license on hold to be considered for employment by Clarity Homes. 


  • Effectively manage and generate sales utilizing model homes and local resources
  • Initiate marketing ideas and assist in coordinating client functions
  • Market the community and company by participation in local events and realtor functions
  • Build confidence with potential clients by selling features, benefits, and our company motto
  • Tour and demonstrate model homes and home sites
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients
  • Maintain daily model home appearance

  • Open and close the models and inventory homes

Position Description:

Clarity Homes is now seeking a warranty specialist to join our growing team!


  • Manage warranty claims in a manner consistent with construction practices and budgetary constraints resulting in satisfied homeowners
  • Speak to customers after the closing of their home and explain set up and warranty processes
  • Coordinate customers and contractors to schedule all after-closing needs
  • Receive customer punch lists and coordinate sub contractors in completing lists
  • Ensure each customer is completely satisfied with warranty repairs
  • Keep customer service files up to date and organized
  • Develop and implement a scheduling process which results in timely completion of work orders
  • Keep track of contractor schedules for the week
  • Receive homes and inspect for damage
  • Report all damages to home manufacturers within 10 business days
  • Submit bill-backs to manufacturers for any repairs done on lot homes due to factory defects
  • Handle all invoicing, payables, receivables, and collections from Warranty department
  • Quickly and effectively receive escalated warranty claims and ensure timely resolution
  • Meet with homeowners to ensure resolution of all warranty claims


  • Must have background in residential construction/ remodeling
  • Organized and detailed with the ability to multi-task effectively with both accuracy and follow through
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Responsible with a strong work ethic, integrity, and reliability
  • Logical decision-making abilities
  • Initiative and creative problem-solving skills
  • Professional, approachable, and team-oriented
  • Proficient in computer software to include but not exclusively: Microsoft Word and Excel


  • Associates degree or above in communication, business, or other applicable field; or high school diploma with equivalent experience in warranty/ customer service and/or construction and remodelin
