Samantha karcher

Samantha was born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas. She pursued her love for design at Texas Tech University, where she graduated with a degree in Interior Design and minor in Architecture. Her passion is designing homes that are not only aesthetically pleasing, but also meet her clients’ budget. Dedicated to creating a home that you will love to live in, she prides herself on her attention to detail and ability to problem solve. Working closely with clients to achieve their vision makes everyday a new and exciting experience. Samantha has been with the Clarity Homes’ team since 2012. When she is not creating functional, beautiful spaces, she enjoys water coloring, modern calligraphy, and traveling.
