“Last year, we started looking to downsize. Without any existing homes fitting our needs, building was the only alternative. We found the perfect lot, but that meant using the developer, Clarity. We are now settled into our new home and couldn’t be happier. From the start, we developed a partnership with Clarity, from sales to construction management. As challenges arose (and they will), Clarity kept us updated and worked with us to find solutions. Throughout the build process, the Clarity team ensured a quality product. One example was they actually increased the width of our driveway (at no additional cost to us). Also, their internal engineering team suggested a small retaining wall for long term foundation stability…again at no additional cost. These are just two of the larger modifications Clarity made to ensure a quality finished product. During construction, we talked to all of the subs.
