ACCOUNTANT

Position Description:

Clarity Homes is now seeking an Accountant to join our growing team! The qualified individual will have a BBA in Accounting or Finance with knowledge in the following areas:

  • Knowledge of accounts payable
  • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering financial information
  • Experience in bank reconciliation
  • Confidentiality concerning financials
  • Knowledge of general accounting procedures
  • Ability to create and maintain functional spreadsheets
  • Experience with Quickbooks and Excel

Qualifications:

  • Effective verbal and written communications
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Prioritize important tasks and identify those task that need to be performed first
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Effective organizational skills
  • Must embrace and understand how to handle and guard confidential information
  • Computer skills including: computerized accounting, spreadsheets, word precessing programs and email at a high level of proficiency

Education/Experience:

  • Qualified candidates should have a minimum of an Associates degree in Accounting or Business Administration. A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is ideal and CPA is preferable. Should have 1-2 years experience. Internship will count towards experience requirement.

BOOKKEEPER

Position Description:

Clarity Homes is now seeking a Bookkeeper to join our growing team! The qualified individual will possess the ability to perform the following tasks:

  • Receive, organize, post and disseminate weekly invoicing to builders for approval
  • Resolve billing and payment issues that arise with trade partners
  • Pay and process approved invoices
  • Maintain an orderly filing system for: paid invoices and trade partner W9’s
  • Purchase supplies and equipment as authorized by management
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to executive team as requested
  • Reconcile credit card statements against receipts
  • Maintain and enforce General Liability Insurance requirements and certificates
  • Assist with annual projects (These may include: generating 1099’s, property tax verification and protest, archive of files and assisting with the establishment of budget for upcoming year.)

Qualifications:

  • Good verbal and written communication

Computer Skills:

NEW HOME SALES CONSULTANT

Position Description:

Clarity Homes is now seeking a Sales Consultant to join our growing team! Location assignment will vary according to the needs of the company and hours will fluctuate with the seasons of the year and community needs.

NOTE: If you are a licensed Texas Realtor or TX Broker, you must be willing to place your license on hold to be considered for employment by Clarity Homes.

Requirements:

  • Effectively manage and generate sales utilizing model homes and local resources

Residential Construction SuPERVISOR

Position Description:

Clarity Homes is now interviewing for an area supervisor to join our team in the Fort Worth area. You will be in charge of the day to day scheduling of new homes from start to finish and all the details. You will be running multiple homes at 1 time and handling all communication with our clients as well as trades and vendors. You will be in charge of OSHA and environmental regulations on each job as well as other contracted lots in your designated building area. You will be in charge of delivering and maintaining quality control of our homes on a day to day basis. You will be in charge of all homeowner walk throughs, finishing items, warranty in your area as well as being the face of the company for the area.
